More About Me

Hey! I am Amreeta Stara. The person I am today no longer recognises the person I was 5 to 10 years ago. While I am grateful for my past, the experiences and circumstances, I am mostly thankful for the alignment and liberation that it has brought me leading to the present moment. 

I grew up in a very conservative, restricted environment that formed the core of my early beliefs, patterns and conditioning. I studied law and worked in corporate law, business and education for a number of years before a life changing event shifted my perception of life and changed my life forever. I questioned everything, my existence, my role, my work, my truth...

It was the beginning of a roller coaster ride that led me to eventually heal and release parts of me that were hiding in the shadows of my past. An adventurous journey filled with its ups and downs that forced me to break free from the conditioning that wasn't aligned to my truth.  I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to sail through unchartered territories and truly live my life on my own terms. While it wasn't easy, it was most liberating, enlightening and magical. Today, I am a single mom to three amazing children (two already teenagers) and two Akita fur babies. I have amazing friends and inspiring people around me and I am living my best life! While I still have work to do, I am enjoying the journey while co-creating with the Universe. 

I ditched my legal career and started looking into different healing modalities. I continued to study and grow over the last 10 years so I can provide the best for my clients, my children and myself. Seeing positive shifts in others and being able to help others truly live an abundant, meaningful life is what inspires me every single day. As I continued to evolve, so did my work. I moved from solely energy work to a more balanced and holistic approach combining all elements of Spirituality, Mind, Emotions and Body to help my clients dive deep into their truth break their old patterns and transform. 

I have worked with many clients from different backgrounds and have seen great changes happen we get out of the auto-pilot, shift our consciousness and start living mindfully.  

My aim is to help you despite your current circumstances, live an abundant, full and meaningful life. To break free from past patterns and limitations, to respond differently to your unwanted thoughts and emotions, shift your perception to heal, align to your values and goals and start taking small actions everyday that will bring great positive results and shifts in your life. 

My greater vision is to bring in more light into the world. As we help more people rise and bring in more light, love and compassion into their lives, they start to naturally radiate that light upon others. This is the only way we will ever be able to create change in the world. It starts with ourselves.
