While our journeys might be different, we are all on the same mission to wholeness. With that comes trials and circumstances that help us evolve into our best selves. In addition, pain, and discomfort are inevitable if we are to live a rich, full, and meaningful life. So how do we work through our difficult thoughts and feelings so that it does not control or limit our life? Sometimes a little help can see us through difficult times and help us navigate back on track to create our best lives.
My purpose is to help you dive deep into your truth and break free from all those shackles that are holding you back. To help you heal and release beliefs, patterns, and behaviour that are not aligned with your truth and live through new values and behaviour that truly embody your inner essence. Your inner essence is your most powerful tool that only you have access to. It is your pathway to success and happiness.
WHO IS IT FOR?
My services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and couples from different backgrounds and abilities. NDIS participants can claim my services if their NDIS plan is plan-managed or self-managed. Refer to NDIS Supports for more.
We all have obstacles that we may not at times be conscious of especially if we are operating on auto-pilot. The experiences we go through create patterns and beliefs that cause us to think, feel and behaviour in a way that may at times take us away from what we truly desire. My purpose is to help you recognise and consciously deal with the patterns and obstacles that are in the way of truly creating and living your best life.
This is where we work together in helping you to firstly clarify what is truly meaningful and important to you and then formulate a plan to achieve your goals, values & dreams. The plan is to formulate a system that works for you. Change starts from within with that one decision to accept and commit to it.
Sessions include powerful techniques to help you move past the borrowed mind and align with your inner essence that will help you take back your power and start taking mindfully guided actions every day. Implementing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindful values-based living and strategies, powerful trans-meditation / hypno-healing techniques, the law of attraction as well as mindset shifting techniques, my aim is to help you consciously, one day at a time, take action and create lasting changes from within that will start to manifest into your physical reality.
The aim of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is to maximise human potential for a rich, full and meaningful life.
- teaching you psychological / mindfulness skills to deal with and respond to your painful thoughts and feelings effectively so that they have much less impact and influence over you.
- helping you to clarify what is truly important and meaningful to you – i.e your values – then use that knowledge to guide, inspire and motivate you to change your life for the better.
- enable you to be present, engage and do what matters
ACT is a mindfulness-based, values-oriented behavioral therapy.
Healing happens through time, perception and life force energy. Sometimes, you have to just surrender and let go before you are ready to take the next course of action.
In order to create change, you must first be present, out of the noisy mind and into your body. Only then, can you have the clarity to accept what can and cannot be changed, decide on your inner values and commit to behaviour that aligns with your values and goals. This is where mindfulness comes in.
Mindfulness is a great way to relax, unhook from stress or unwanted thoughts and simply be in the present moment. There are many ways to practice mindfulness and meditation focusing on breathing, thoughts, visual, sensory, walking, sound, chants, etc...
Many find it easier to be calm and regain control over their thoughts and emotions after practising mindfulness. Some find it helpful with sleeping, thinking and focusing on less ruminating thoughts throughout the day.
Meditation is shown to enhance the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for human behaviour, and interrupt the primitive areas of the brain that initiates and coordinates the unconscious primitive stress reaction throughout the brain and body. Brain imaging techniques have revealed that meditation profoundly changes the way different regions of the brain communicate with each other and therefore how we think. It has been scientifically proven to reprogram your brain. The physical and subtle effects have been life-changing for many. Some have had great results with the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Trans-meditation / hypno-healing sessions are deep and profound. As a certified hypnotherapist and meditator for many years, I have combined these two techniques to provide deep inner transformations that will help you release stubborn patterns within the body, mind, emotions and energy.
Sessions are optional and will vary from one person to the other.
