You have the power within you to create your best life despite your current circumstances.
Helping you come into alignment with your inner awareness to live and create a happy, mindful life through healthy choices and behaviour that align to your values and goals.
We all have blockages, negative/limited patterns, believes and behaviour that we may not at times be conscious about. My purpose is to help you recognise and consciously deal with the limiting, unwanted thoughts, feelings and believes that are in the way of truly creating and living your best life.
This is where we work together in helping you firstly clarify what is truly meaningful and important to you and then formulate a plan to achieve your goals, values & dreams. Implementing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindful values-based living and strategies, the law of attraction as well as energy shifting techniques, my aim is to help you consciously, one day at a time, take action and create lasting changes from within that will start to manifest into your physical reality. Change starts from within with that one decision to accept and commit to it.
Sessions include the integration of mindfulness skills, meditation, relaxation, hypnotherapy, energy healing and ACT techniques. During sessions, you will be guided to realign to your inner awareness where you come into a heightened state for clarity on your values as well as identify and accept the necessary obstacles that are influencing your behaviour, thoughts and life. Sessions are also aimed at shifting energetic blockages at the energy centres bringing in more clarity, ease and flow. Together, through balance, you can create the inner transformation required to start living and manifesting consciously.
The aim of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is to maximise human potential for a rich, full and meaningful life.
- teaching you psychological skills to deal with your painful thoughts and feelings effectively – in such a way that they have much less impact and influence over you.
- helping you to clarify what is truly important and meaningful to you – i.e your values – then use that knowledge to guide, inspire and motivate you to change your life for the better.
